Our office is located on Amelia Island in Fernandina Beach in the Publix Shopping Center. (We are near the UPS store, between Best Friends Gift Shop and Wells Fargo.)

Dave is a proud member of the Amelia Island_Nassau County Association of Realtors,(AINCAR),Floridia Association of Realtors,(FAR) National Association of Realtors.(NAR),Northeast Floridia Builders Association.(NEFBA).
With over 30 years of experience in real estate, David has a strong background not only in residential home sales, but in residential building as well. Before beginning HADAMIK Realty LLC in 2005, David had been with one of the areas largest home builders for over ten years. Raised in Minnesota. David started his real estate career in apartment and building investments. Received his real estate license in 1975. Specializing in commerical and new home construction along with residential resales and foreclosures.

Mike Hagel - Owner/Broker

Mike is a REALTORâ member of the Amelia Island, Nassau County Association of Realtors and the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors in Jacksonville, Florida. Mike is also active in civic organizations such as the Optimist Club, Freemasonry and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Mike’s Qualifications include a Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing with numerous courses in Real Estate and over Eight Years of Real Estate Sales and Marketing Experience. That experience has resulted in Over 60 Million Dollars in Sales to date.
